Oil change quote seemed too cheap, should I be suspicious?

Got quoted 180 AED for a full oil change on my 318i from a random garage near my office and honestly it felt too good to be true. The last place I went to charged almost double and even then I wasn't sure they used the right oil. This new guy said "don't worry habibi, we do BMW all day" which is exactly what the previous guy said before putting in something that made my engine tick for a week. I'm tempted because money's tight right now but I also don't want to gamble with a car I still owe money on. For those who've been through this, is there a realistic floor price for this kind of job or does it really vary that much? I was reading https://bmw-garage.ae/oil-change/ earlier and the process they describe sounds way more thorough than what 180 AED would cover, which makes me think the cheap quote is cutting corners somewhere.
