Can Renting Energy Really Slash USDT Transfer Fees by 80%?

I’ve been looking into this TronEnergyFrog service (https://tronenergyfrog.com) that claims you can save up to 80% on transaction fees when sending USDT on the TRON network. I understand the idea: instead of burning TRX to pay for energy, you rent it. But I’m not sure how the numbers actually work out.
