Audi gearbox acting strange, should I just click here for Audi transmission service?

I've been dealing with this for a few weeks now and I keep going back and forth on whether I'm overreacting or whether I should just get it looked at before it becomes a proper problem. My 2016 A4 has started doing this thing where it hesitates slightly when I accelerate from a standstill, like there's a brief pause before it actually moves, and sometimes the shift from second to third feels a bit clunky when the car is cold. It's not dramatic, no warning lights, no horrible noises, but it's definitely not as smooth as it used to be and it's the kind of thing that nags at you every time you drive. I've done about 110,000 kilometres and I've kept up with the servicing, so I was hoping to get a bit more life out of it before anything major went wrong. I mentioned it to a mate who knows a bit about cars and he said it could be something as simple as the fluid needing changing or the adaptation values needing a reset, but it could also be the start of something more serious with the mechatronic unit. The problem is I don't want to take it to just anyone because I've heard too many stories about people paying for a rebuild when all it needed was a proper diagnostic and a fluid change, and I don't have that kind of money to waste. I've been looking around online and I found a place that seems to specialise in these gearboxes, and honestly I'm tempted to just click here for Audi transmission service and get it booked in, but I wanted to ask on here first in case anyone has been through something similar and can tell me what to expect. Do these symptoms usually mean something expensive, or is there a good chance it's just maintenance that's been neglected? And how do I know if a specialist is actually genuine rather than just someone who's good at sounding confident? Any advice would really help because I'm not great with this stuff and I don't want to get taken advantage of.
